so i downloaded iPod Software Updater 1.3, hoping to rearrange my menu and create some playlists in my car, and the features are apparently not there (not to mention solataire and Parachute).
i'm assuming this is built in to the new iPods with a 1.31 release or something, but it kind of stinks. the "On the Go" playlists have been a feature I've wanted since this thing was released.
oh well ... it's off to CompUSA to take advantage of my two-year mass storage replacement plan ...
