Hi!

Recently (like over the past 3-4 months) my 80gb 5.5 generation iPod has been freezing like crazy. Actually more like 100% of the time. The freeze only happens when I plug it in to synch and/or charge. Don't know if it helps or not but the computer I use to charge it is an up-to-date Macbook with OS 10.5.4. My iPod also has the newest firmware available.

If you need anymore information please ask and I will be glad to help you! Thanks for responding also!

No one knows what may be causing this? I would like someone to help me as this is a pretty serious issue and I'm afraid it may harm my hard disk with all the forced restarts.

has anyone found a solution for this?

i have a 30gb ipod video and occasionally when i have it plugged in my car (pioneer d3) it'll freeze. it's a pain having to reset it.
