iPod iPod 5.5 Gen Wont start up

I was updating the firmware on my 5.5 Gen iPod Video (30GB) and when I was updating the Firmware I accidently held down the Menu and Center button, so I was hoping that someone would know how to force firmware onto a iPod.

im not 100% sure but i think all ipods have a built in DFU mode (its a recovery mode). Google ipod 5.5g recovery mode.
