My sisters Ipod 5th gen is messed. It wont get out of recovery mode. It's stuck in a black and white "Do Not Disconnect" screen.. I've used Itunes to try and restore it. She thinks it happened when her friend borrowed it and connected it to her windows pc (we're on a mac). I remeber reading somewhere that there were sometimes problems with this.. anyone have anyclue how I can fix it?
