i luckily got a ipod video for x-mas and wanted to put dvd's on it. i have tried handbrake but when i got to put it on the ipod it never shows up? i have to play it in quicktime then convert it a scond time into the ipod format again???? please help!!!!!!!!!

yep i have followed everything but i can play it on my desktop but its in a quicktime format and when i put it on itunes it goes onto the video bit but never goes onto my actuall ipod

You're using iTunes to put it on the iPod, right? You have to put it in iTunes first, and then update the iPod. You can't just drag it on in the Finder.

i have been doing this however it says cannot play this file its incompatiable
