HI Every One!.
I hope This message finds you well!.

Today I have replaced my Ipod 5th gen 30GB video battery to make usable, but unfortunately while turn on its displayed white screen as attached image as well comes sound into HDD. after struggling many times to reset MENU and white center button couldn't appear the apple logo. some one please guide me to fix this issues.

Hello tonystock, did the iPod screen worked fine before replacing the battery? If it did, I can advice you to these steps:

- Restoring the iPod

- Letting the new battery drain

- Disconnect the new battery and connect the iPod to iTunes, if the screen works then you should connect the battery again to see if the battery is causing the failure.

If the iPod was kept unused for long periods of time or the screen still didn't work after doing these steps then you might have a faulty display.
