Are you thinking of when the iPod and iPod Photo were combined into iPod 'Color'. Or, if you mean 5G, then there was no 60GB 5.5G, the storage was increased to 80GB.

there was the non-color ipod 4th gen, and the color ipod 4th gen called ipod photo. 5th gen was originally a 30 and 60gb set that played videos and came in black and white. 5.5gen introduced music search as well as the cease in production of the 60gb model and the creation of the 80gb model
