iPod Ipod 6g nano Wont Turn On or Charge

I have an Ipod nano 6g and it wont turn on or even charge for that matter. I have tried holding the sleep button and the volume down button. I even tried holding both volume buttons along with the sleep button. Nothing happens.

I left it on the charger for 24 hours and still nothing.

Any ideas??

Is there any close apple store nearby, you'd better go there and the technician would help. Remember to book 1st be4 you go.
It might be a faulty item I guess, because I have mine 2 years ago which didnt work at all. So I got a replace one xD
Btw, didnt you drop it to water rite? Ipod nano is quite sensitive with water i think. I dropped the replacement one couple of months ago, just a bit water on the floor, and it was gone since then
