My ipod won't charge no more,i tride different cables and power sources, when i connect it to pc nothing hapends, but when i do recovery mode then itunes recognaize my ipod and does recovery after which when ipod is recovered then again my pc won't recognize it and no charging

once after staying off for 48h i pluged it in and it charged normally 100%,but not this time

any idea someone?

tnx for help

p.s Sorry for my bad english :)

Hey, are you using any official able cables by chance? I would believe the lightning port could have dust build up, an issue that was prominent in iPhone 7, and could be same issue you are having, I’d take it to a shop or buy a dust blower and try that then use an Apple cable and see if that works, if not you can take it to Apple and they usually can clean the port free of charge

strange is that i i tride restoring it again, and everithing worked and it charged compcompletely, but as soon as i diconnected it from my pc and connect again then again pc dont recognize it and no charging

then i restarted ipod and it charges again but after i unplug and plug again cable no charging,it means that i only can restart and charge once

i get dust removed from the port and still same, after restart it charges once
