I have a red edition iPod nano 7th gen. The screen is blank and it doesn't seem to switch on even when I try to reset by pressing home + on/off. Is the battery dead? And is it an issue with only the red iPods? The iPod is 1.5 years old but has been hardly used - maybe about 10 times in the last 1.5 years.
