iPod app bug?

when i am listening to the ipod app i usually lock the phone with the ipod app still running (meaning i dont go to the home screen before locking).

sometimes when i hit the home button and then slide to unlock, sometimes the phone automatically goes to the home screen. other times it stays on ipod.

it seems to be completely random.

does anyone else have this problem? and if so, is there a fix?

You might want to do a restore or update to 2.2 cause I dont seem to have a problem with it. Are you jailbroken?

well our computer stopped working recently (I'm using my phone to type this) so I can't update to 2.2 but I do have 2.1, but this has been happening pretty much the entire time I've had my phone. And no its not jailbroken, it just randomly chooses where it wants to go when i unlock my phone. its not a major problem by any means, i just wondered if there was a fix.
