Has anyone received their $45 yet?

nope not yet. one of my ipods qualified for the rebate and one did not. the one that didn't is getting a battery from ipodjuice.com. The one that did, well, i'm waiting for the rebate.

Did you already submit for your rebate? If so, do you have a link to the form needed to do so? The page regarding this matter on Apple's website doesn't have anything available as of yet.

I think it's only for Canadians as it's in regard to a Canadian class action lawsuit that Apple lost.
