I put my iPod nano 4G in my pocet and put them in the wash. I'm an idiot I know. It works fine now but only when connected to a power source. I was wondering if there was a portable battery that I could connect to it. I do not mean a charger as it wouldn't charge. I just need a power source for it to work properly again.

Thanks in advance

Replacement batteries are available, and unwieldy external batteries are available... However if this was my iPod, I would take it apart and test the battery. If the battery charges properly (or holds a charge properly), then the problem is the battery controller on the iPod -- which means time to get a new iPod or buy one with a cracked screen from eBay and repair yours.

Remember, there are always other uses for the iPod, such as a music source in your car or on a dock on your desk at work. Neither of these applications need a functional battery.
