Ipod chargers with ipod touch

I bought last week a 2G Ipod Touch and I'm facing problems when trying to charge it with wall chargeres that have a USB connection. Those worked fine before with my Ipod 5G. Charging with the same USB cable connected to a computer works fine.

Any ideas?
