Hello.
I had an iPod classic 120gb for six years and it was going strong, however it was stolen from me a few months ago. I then recently bought another classic off ebay. It's the same model - 6th gen, 120gb. The iPod is flawless physically and that was the reason I bought it, but the clickwheel either needs too much pressure to spin or is unresponsive for periods of time. All five buttons work great, it's just the spinning of the clickwheel which can be unresponsive. I went to an iPod repair shop in Manhattan to have it replaced but the lady said that this is a hardward issue and not a clickwheel and replacing the clickwheel won't work. Is this true? Should I get a second opinion. I'd rather keep the iPod because it's in great shape otherwise.
Please help. Thank You.
