My ipod flipped out and started rebooting itself over and over, and I was finally able to erase and restore the ipod using Disk Utility. There was a partition that was around 50gb that i tried to delete that was part of the ipod (not sure what it was).

Now, my ipod only shows 110gb available. What do I do to get that extra 50gb back onto my ipod?

Have you disk use enabled and taken a look at Disk Utility?

i don't think it is in disk use, because i just put a couple songs onto the ipod am was able to listen to them fine. When I deleted the ipod data before using Disk Utility there was some random partition for 50gb named like "schfnc" that was deleted as well.
