iPod iPod Classic 80/160gb volume lower?

I have the 160gb, did anyone else who use to or still have the 5/5.5g notice that to achieve the same volume levels of the 5/5.5G it has to be turned up a little bit?

Also, I can't seem to find the volume limiter on the iPod classic, or is it even there anymore?

yeah, the volume limiter is still on the classic.

did you get/ are using new headphones b/w the switch from 5.5 to 6G?

that could affect how loud it seems.

Ahh, user error The volume limit isn't shown when you have it in a dock while using audio out.
