I have an 80gb iPod Classic. Everything seems fine but the hard disc is dying, regularly ends up empty or with corruption issues. Hard disc is also clicky. I'm assuming its nearly dead, but since everything else works (And it''s in mint condition) I'd like it repaired. However, I'm not up to the task myself.

Does anyone know if apple stores in the UK will still repair it, either on site or sent to apple. If so, does anyone know the charge for a hard disc replacement from apple?

Thanks!
