This happened after I updated to the latest software version 1.3. I used to be able to sync all movies. Last two weeks, it won't sync any new movies at all. I have tried to do manually sync (dragging new movies into iPod library), but it wouldn't add onto the library and there's no warning message. My iPod said sync is complete and safe to eject. And I have restored my iPod to the original settings and re-sync all of my music and movies. All music synced without any problems, but only 2/3 of my movies were synced.
What could be the problem? Could the latest software (1.3) be the cause? Also I have a total of 16.6GB under Video synced. Is there a maximum GB I can put into my iPod for movies?
