I have a 120gb iPod classic that is about 1 year and a half old. For some reason it will only charge via PC or Mac. I have tried a wall charger for an iPad with no luck and I have a new Belkin car charger that will not charge it. Anyone seen this?

Funny, I thought it was my charger's fault. Yes, my 160GB (one generation prior to yours) does not charge on my Incase car charger either. I will try with an iPhone/iPad charger as well.

Some car chargers only charge older or newer versions of Apple hardware, if you have an Apple USB charger it should charge things fine.

I think this all started around the time they made it so Firewire chargers no longer worked with newer iPhones but I cannot recall the specifics.
