iPod iPod Constantly Factory Defaults

I've been having an issue with iTunes lately where every time I go to sync my iPod, it says it's corrupt and needs to factory default. It was first happening with my 120GB, so I decided to go and get a new, 160GB iPod. Sure enough, a week into using it, it started happening again. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, iTunes 10.1.1.4. I also have last.fm scrobbling the plays from my iPod. I was always able to do this without a problem, so I don't suspect that is causing the issue. I don't seem to have any problems with any of my other USB devices, although this did start happening with the newest computer I built. It happens randomly, sometimes it will happen every day when I go to sync, or it will only happen once a week.
