iPod iPod crashes after 3 songs

I have the same issue as that with my iPod and Ben Folds 'Way to Normal' album.

not that simple... I've reformatted it twice... put just that album on my ipod, etc....it never fails. I even took it to the Genius bar, and they couldn't get it to work.

also...they work fine on the iPod touch.
