Downloading and installing now... Hopefully, it'll be less buggy than previous iPod firmware releases. I have a 160GB Classic, so history hasn't been kind.
And I'm in a hurry to get out the door this afternoon, so I accidentally clicked through the release notes. If anybody wants to report what the upgrade includes, I'd be most appreciative.
