iPod iPod firmware hack (like iPod Wizard) for mac?

I've been looking around, and found that iPod Wizard is only made for windows, and it will be a long time until they make one for mac. Are there any programs for mac so that I can hack my iPod and put games and themes on it? :confused::apple:
