iPod iPod Games.. updated with iTunes 7.6?

I updated to iTunes 7.6 when I got home.
I checked my games section, and this poped up... keep in mind I have no classic, 3rd gen nano, just a old iPod 5G...

so im wondering, did iTunes upgrade my old iPod games so they could be compatible with newer iPods... or am i just loosing my mind here..
