iPod ipod & ibook Adapter! Help

hi, I have an 30 ipod photo & a 12" ibook. I will go to overseas after few days. Can I use my ipod & ibook adapeter in Asia "220v"? If can't what I have to buy to charge my ipod & ibook? Pls help me. thanks.
