iPod interface vs. iPhone interface

I for one am not really mad or anything about the 200 buck price drop...i'm not complaining. I do however want to note that the new iPod touch interface seems to be based on an updated version of OS X (mobile?). The bottom "dock" resembles the 3D dock upcoming in leopard, and most of the icons are different than the iPhone.

to be honest, it doesn't mean anything for functionality, but i would LOVE to see Apple update the iphone interface with the new graphics =)

yea its nice to have a new iPod touch but its not an iPhone. Its a great alternative though to quiet all those ppl who have been complaining. Soon enough the mods will be really well developed
