Hey guys, wanted to get your talk on it. I keep my ipod in my back up, no bangs, drops, or hits. But because its not in a case it occasionals gets some chips from my keys and what not, which isnt a big deal. yesterday when i took out my ipod, the battery seemed dead. when i plugged it into a power source thats when my ipod starting flipping out. there was this LOUD, click/whirling side coming from the inside. almost as if it was trying to loud but something inside got loose or broken. Keep in mind the ipod wasnt dropped, there are no dent marks on the ipod. If i go into the apple store will they warranty it for me or will they say that because i have so mnay fine scratches on the silver (who doesnt) that it was user damage .
oh i forgot to add. it doesnt play anymore LOL. It loads up the apple boot screen than it does a clicking/whirling process, than suddenly all the colors go out and it has the black and white screen from the OLD SCHOOL ipod.
