iPod iPod Lost Music

Okay, so I put a new album on my Mum's iPod through iTunes and when I disconnected it it seemed fine, but later on it seemed to have lost ALL of the music on the iPod. My Mum's music is still all on iTunes so she hasn't lost anything persè but I need to know how to get it all back on the iPod.

Can anyone help??
