iPod iPod mini dock question

I am planning of buying a iPod mini dock for my blue iPod mini. I would hook it up to my JBL creature speakers. I would also want to charge my iPod at the same time. is there a way to as i though there was only one port on the dock?
any help

the dock should have a port for a line out to connect directly to the speakers and one to connect to the computer/charge base
