iPod Ipod movie help

Hey guys I have been searching for a while and came up empty handed. I have movies and music vids that I wanna put on my i pod. I have them in itunes already but they never trasnfer over to my ipod. Thanks a million
 
Give us some more info, what format are they in. If they are in avi, there is a great little app called MPEG streamclip which will convert it for you. Also, i believe in iTunes, you can also just click convert selection for iPod on the control-click menu.
