iPod Ipod mp3 file that isn't

I saved on my macbook two files from the ASU band website that are listed as mp3 files, but if I look at the file details in Itunes, they are actually streaming audio. So, they appear in my library, but will not go to the playlist for my iTouch.

I have both mac and Windows PCs available, so what is the best way to get these two files onto my iTouch.

Which exact files are you talking about? I guess the best way would be to capture them as MP3s, possibly through Garageband. However, I have a feeling they might be streamed files for a reason in which case you may need to contact the site about how you can buy these tracks.
