iPod ipod nano 5g Heart rate monitor?

I was going through the features of the new nano on the apple site, and saw a screen grab of the nano that showed an option for a heart rate monitor. Here: http://www.apple.com/ipodnano/features/fitness.html It's in the features/fitness section, under "Rock the gym" and "SET"

Is there a heart rate monitor that is compatible with the nano???
