I have an ipod nano 5g (the one with the camera).
yesterday I put it on charge with the iphone wall charger, today it's not starting, I conected it to my mac and itunes does not see the ipod, I tried menu+center to restore and it doesn't work.
Is there anything I can do? It's strange that died like this while it was on charge:(

does anybody know if apple makes some sort of discount on new devices if you have a broken one?

Not sure but i had a similar problem once with my nano 5g suddenly not turning on or charging, believe it or not a day or two later i messed around with it again trying to hard reset and BAM! The appe logo showed up on screen. I hooked it up straight to iTunes to find all my music was wiped and had to restore as new:( but I was happy it was back:) i love this little gizmo, its a classic imo.

Good luck

it's now a week since I last saw it on, I'm disappointed
