iPod ipod nano 5th gen accessory attached HELP!!!so i have a neo ion car ipod adapter. it

so i have a neo ion car ipod adapter. it is pretty old one.

before using ipod video i can switch songs easily.

Now i have ipod nano 5th gen and it will not switch songs and to play the song i have to hold seek. In other words its not working to well.

So i was wondering is there anyway to bypass the accessory connected screen so i can actually use my ipod for my car.
