iPod iPod nano 6G stuck sleep/wake button

Seems to be a few posts and videos around the internet regarding this issue. Naturally I'm two weeks out of the return window. I'll have to deal with AppleCare on this. Sigh.

But yeah, has this happened to anyone else?

Was listening to music on my iPod nano. Choose the song I wanted. Went back to pick another song and noticed the sleep/wake button was stuck in the down position and won't respond at all. Lovely.

Took it to the Apple Store. Was in the process of swapping it out until the guy noticed they had none of my particular model in stock. Wouldn't swap it for something else. Had to do mail in repair service after all.

Not happy.

Wasted an ENTIRE day because of Apple. Thanks Apple!
