I have a Ipod Nano 7 that is in a boot loop after syncing with iTunes after I installed windows 10. I have been searching for a week at night trying to find a solution and nothing appears or works. I have seen many people having the same/similar problem but never a "solved solution." I am hoping someone here may know the solution or can point me in the right direction.

Attempts to fix:
(Basically everything that is on the apple support communities.)
-I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes to the current version. That didn't work.
-I have Restored the Ipod - This kind of worked. If I unplugged it as the iPod rebooted, it would work fine (no boot loop.) Of course no music though. When I hook it back up and sync it, the boot loop starts again.
-I have uninstalled all the USB drivers and reinstalled them. Nothing changed.
-Checked for updated computer USB drivers, windows updates, bios updates, basically everything under the sun.

It does not get into a boot loop when plugged into the computer.

I would appreciate any help, solutions, better search terms, or links to anything. Hell even if it is hacking it or using another program. At this point I'm so frustrated I'll try anything - and if that doesn't work, a sledge hammer may alleviate some grief.

Thank you ahead of time for any help!

I called Apple - No fix is available at this time. They are still having many issues with Windows 10. (updated 12/10/2015)

Are you ejecting it correctly? You're supposed to push the button before you pull it out. I noticed that even on the Mac version, syncing finishes, but still apparently is being done by the iPod Touch in the latest iTunes version.
