iPod iPod Nano 7th Gen Disk mode transfer speed

Can anyone with a 7th gen nano tell me the average transfer (both read/write) to it when it is in disk mode?

The results of CrystalDiskMark or similar

I've searched around and can't find the answer - but if the rate is too slow then it'll stop be buying one

I can't answer it as I don't have a nano, but I'd imagine it would be around the upper limit of USB 2.0
