Hi

I ripped a DVD with handbrake and now I have it in mp4 format. I added the video to my iTunes, it plays in iTunes. I added it to my video playlist to sync it with my iPod, but when I try syncing I get a message saying that my iPod does not support this format.

What can I do? Should I run the video through iSquint?
Another question, does iSquint converts .avi files as well?

in hand brake there is an option to rip DVDs specifically for ipods. But if the movie plays in itunes you can go to the menu bar when itunes is opened with the movie selected, go along to advanced and go to Create iPod or iphone version, and that will make a copy compatible for your ipod.

Yeah, I realized that there was a column with options in hand brake, but the process already started so I did not want to interrupt it.
I'll try what you recomend on iTunes when I get home.

Thanks

I tried the iTunes creat iPod/iPhone version and its still doesn't work/sync with my Nano

Another thing, I have a Pioneer AVCp4000DVD which I connect to my ipod, everything works fine, except that last night when I plugged my nanot to my Mac, it said that it was corrupted and I had to restore it. Any clues?
