Have a quick question about the recent gen iPod Nano.

We bought my mother one at the end of last year. It's been working great until recently. Everytime she uses the FM radio, it begins to freeze and the buttons won't work.

The reset (menu + center button) reboots the device, however the problem still persists.

It's still under warranty, so I don't know if I should schedule a repair or if there's another solution.

Just go to Apple Service directly. It's the fastest way

If the genius bar wasn't 150 mi from my rental house at college or 200 mi from my permanent residence, I would've already lol.

I've done that once for an iPhone problem. Perhaps I'll just have to get some baseball tickets and plan on making a day of it soon.

But you have no choice, your iPod can't work regularly, you can't let it alone. Maybe you can try to restore or update your iPod firmware with iTunes...hope it will be useful.

Applecare via email?

The iPod part works fine. She found out that it's the FM radio part that causes the issue. But, yeah..i need to get on this.

This.

Got a good deal on a very lightly used Canon 7D. Wanted it since it came out to upgrade my 40D, but some other stuff took priority.

...I just find your post have a bit missmatch mine, maybe my English suck. Whatever, you can get your Canon 7D from anywhere, so you needn't put it in mind.:D

Yeah I was wondering where I posted that lol. I meant to post it in the Post-Your-Last-Purchase thread but apparently got sidetracked ;) I was kind of confused last night, thought maybe there was a database error with the forum software or something.

Yeah, I see, maybe it's your misoperation, and you didn't notice it at that time. how about your mom's iPod, how did you deal with it?
