Is the 6G replacement for the nano a new or refurbished one? Because I want a new and not a refurbished one.

The refurbished one you receive will be every bit at good as a new one. Same warranty, etc.

Nothing to worry about. Same holds true with Refurbished Macs.

As of last week, all the replacements being sent out were manufactured the first week of February. At least the international ones are, check out the international forum if you want. I posted a link in there for people to check their replacement serial numbers.
