iPod iPod Nano Screen Lopsided problem

i was curious what apple was doing about this problem my nano has slight lopside to it, only can tell if you look close? are they letting you swap out no questions asked?

Only you can answer that question. For me it would be 100% take it back, I could not live with a screen that was not aligned properly. But I am very picky about my devices.
