My old hard drive crashed so I had to buy a new one. I saved all my songs and was able to load them into iTunes. However, I did not save all my podcasts, which is fine, since they are discarded once I have listened to them. Right now, my iPod has my old podcasts and I have downloaded new podcasts into iTunes. I want to sync those new podcasts into my iPod but after I have synced, they are not there. Instead, my iPod has my old podcasts.

I authorized the computer but the new podcasts are still not syncing from iTunes to my iPod. The old podcasts are still in the iPod. What do I need to do to sync the podcasts into my iPod?
