iPod iPod Photo Audiobook Problem

I have a 40GB iPod Photo that I am having trouble putting some audiobooks on. My wife used to have an Audible.com account and we have a handful of audiobooks from them that do work on the iPod Photo. Recently I signed up for a trial account at Audible.com and downloaded a few audiobooks. But I cannot get them onto the iPod Photo. They work in iTunes and they work on our 6GB iPod Mini, but when I try to drag them to the iPod Photo nothing happens.....and I have plenty of room. And like I said above, I had no problems getting our other audiobooks from Audible on there. Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
Wish I could help. I recently upgraded to a 60GB iPod photo, and have had no issues getting either my existing library of books or my recent audible.com purchases onto it via a normal sync. When I dl from audible.com, the files auto drop into iTunes, and I just plug in my iPod.
Sorry you're having trouble. Have you tried contacting audible for support?
