iPod Ipod photo case/skin and in ear headphones

hi,

I have just bought an ipod photo 60gb along with the standard apple case.

What I would like to know is, will this case be OK for popping in my pocket and backpack or should I buy something else? (nothing too bulky or hard)

Also, I have heard from some people that the ipod standard headphones arent very good and you really need to change them for in ear ones. What does everyone reckon?

I'm also assuming that I will be less of a target to london muggers if I dont have white ipod headphones!
