Now that the iPods have a few new features and even games. Do you think apple is planning on releasing developer tools to allow thrid party applications for the iPod(like different games)?

I wondered that myself. I think it is a fine line when it comes to that decision though. On one side, a lot of new apps could be made, on the other, I question if Apple is scared about having it turn into a PDA (which I don't think they want and what would probably happen).
