my 3rd gen ipod nano is being sent to repairs because of a tilited screen, they say i am still under warrenty so that is good......i told them the serial number and they person repeated it perfectly. I got teh box that i am meant to put the nano in and send it off, the serial number of the box and my nano are exact.....minus one letter

I said 7D.........but the box has the serial as 7P..........

My brother already sent it away so.....what is going to happen?

All iPod nano 3G are under warranty at this time because it's introduced in September 2007, and it comes with 1 year warranty.

Even if you bought it on the first day, right now, you will be fine for warranty repairs.

I thought it was 90 days, thats why i was specifically worried since i bought in march....

90 days phone "SUPPORT". That's help you set up itunes, etc.

Warranty is 1 year. You can pay to extend to 2 years.
