My friend just got a new MacBook and iPod. She transfered songs to the iPod using iTunes but, the next time she connected the iPod to the Mac iTunes showed a Lock icon next to the iPod on the bottom of the screen where it says the amount of space on the iPod. I'm not sure why this is there or how to get rid of it but, I guess maybe somebody here can help. Also all the songs on the iPod are "greyed-out". If anyone could help that would be great. :D

Screenshot of iTunes is attached below.

Isn't this normal for an iPod set to autosync? Mine looks like this, but I sync it on Windows.
