iPod iPod Shuffle 4G, + volume button hard to depress

Recently bought a new iPod Shuffle 4G for running. However, I've noticed that every button, except the + volume button, is relatively easy to press in.

It takes a lot of pressure to actually get a faint 'click' to acknowledge that it's been pressed correctly, and because of the size of the unit, I have to use my nail to do this accurately, otherwise I hopelessly hit the play/pause button too. I have very small hands too

Is it possible to take back for an exchange based on such a fault? (I bought it from Argos in the UK btw).

That should be covered by warranty (even by direct swap if it's in the return period)
