So when i upgraded to Snow leopard, i never used my ipod shuffle. Yesterday, a friend came by my house to import some songs to his blue ipod shuffle. The colour was ok in both itunes and in desktop.

But,today i added some songs to my ipod shuffle, green one. The colour in iTunes(of my ipod) is green but when it shows up in desktop is blue.

I tried to restore ipod to it's factory settings but it didn't worked. What should i do?

Problem solved. I just needed to restart my mbp.

Sorry for opening a new thread. If the mods want, please delete it.

I'm not sure why it would do that, but one solution would be to grab an icon from this site: http://interfacelift.com/icons-mac/ and just replace the icon on the desktop.
Find the pack you want, download it, locate the proper colour icon from the file you download. Then if you to a "get info" (apple + i) on the icon file, click the small icon at the top of the window it should highlight it, hit apple + c. Now get info on your shuffle, click the icon and hit apple + v and it should paste the icon.
